I’m still a new(ish) romance author—in fact, my second book, Sorry, Bro, was just
released from Total E-Bound last Friday—so you may not be familiar with my
work. But if there’s one thing you should know about my style, it’s that I love
a good, old-fashioned mystery.
Pick up a copy of Sorry, Bro,
and you’ll know what I mean. While a sexy romp is vital to any good romance, so
is a little something extra that keeps the reader guessing.
In Sorry, Bro, you’ll
find yourself asking why Bryce, the main character, becomes morbidly depressed
when he finds Tim, an old friend from high school, in his care at the hospital
where he works. Or why Bryce’s girlfriend suddenly breaks up with him after
hearing about Tim. Or why Bryce and Tim—once attached at the hip—had not spoken
in years.
A little bit of mystery is a mainstay of my work. My first work, Hyperpersonal, Hypersexual, centers on
a blossoming online romance. And when Juliette, the heroine, meets her online
flame, you, the reader, will be even more surprised than she is.
