#SexySnippets

'"Yeah, I’m a blow-in. Something of a disappointment to the busloads of tourists expecting a ruddy-cheeked Scot in a kilt." Green eyes twinkled at her over the brim of the cup and Mariah doubted anyone could fail to be won over by that gorgeous smile of his.

"Damn it! You mean I’m going home without the kilt picture?"

"If you want I’m sure I could dig a kilt out from somewhere and pose for you," he joked, but he’d already planted the image in Mariah’s head.

She took a sip of the bitter brew to satisfy her inner caffeine demon, reasoning it was to blame for her sudden skittery pulse, and not her libido rising for the shaven-headed artist promising to act out one of her fantasies. Why couldn’t she go for nice, reliable guys in suits with proper jobs?'

My Sexy Snippet is taken from my short story, Mariah, part of the Wine and Nine anthology.

Magic Mac and his Mystical tours, the brochure said. What it didn't tell the participants of this coach trip is that the quaint Scottish Inn they stopped at held a secret.
When you add women, wine, and men the outcome is never certain. Will it be happy ever after or is this just the beginning?
Find out in these nine scorching erotic short stories, guaranteed to raise a kilt or two.

Raven McAllan - Cecilia's Claim

As I'm knee deep in the next book in this series of Behind Closed Doors, It's so great to revisit Cecelia's Claim. I was going to say to reassure her all is well, but that sounds silly…or does it?
Not to me, I'm totally character driven as I write—a pantster .There's no point plotting, my characters tell me what's happening and woe betide I ignore them…
I've learned my lesson, and Cecilia's Claim is their story, not mine. I'm just the person who types it out—very badly. I think I did as they directed, at any rate, they didn't give me too many sleepless nights once it was written out.

Everyone agreed the Brigstock family was unconventional. Just how unconventional could be somewhat of a shock...
She may have turned her men down once, but will she have the resolve to do it again?
Cecy's willpower is never strong when she's around Caleb or Philippe, and now she needs them to keep her safe. They intend to stick close to her, so surely a little dalliance is acceptable? The problem is a little is not enough for any of them, but can they all agree just on what form the 'more' should take?

A wee tease… er HOT…
The sheen on her skin from the bath was reflected on Caleb's. The perfume of the bathwater mixed with the heady smell of aroused males surrounded her. Cecy realized she had not been fighting them or their ideas. She had been fighting herself. She wanted both of them, and the thought that they could mean so much to her had scared her so much she had run.
Well, no more. I will accept what is given and embrace it.
"Lower yourself, until you feel Caleb fill your cunt." The command once more was spoken in a low voice, but was no less forceful for it. Cecy smiled and shook her hair off her face as she took more of Caleb's cock inside her cunt. As she stretched to accommodate him he moved his hands to hold her waist and guide her down. Once she was seated on him Cecy clenched her inner muscles as hard as she could. Caleb groaned.
"Minx, you are magic."
"No magic," Cecy assured him. "Just a desire to make this occasion one for us all to remember. She began a rhythm of tightening and relaxing her channel around Caleb.
Her back was stroked, she presumed by Philippe, and then two strong arms slid under her arms and toward her breast.
"Touch Caleb's nipples, as I do to you." Philippe told her as he nipped her hard nubs. "We're sensitive like you."
The nips and strokes he placed on her breasts sent a spiral of tingles through her body to her quim. Cecy felt she was on fire.
"I need release," she gasped. "Ah please ahh..." The last nip was hard, so very hard that pain shot through her. Before she had time toregister how sore she might be, the caress that followed, plus the tiny pinches afterwards, changed the pain to pleasure. "Ahh." This time it was a moan of arousal and enjoyment.
"Attend to Caleb, focus on him." Could she really touch Caleb in that way? "Do it," Caleb said. "It is true, we may be male but the sting of
pain there is easily changed to the sweetness of pleasure." She took a nipple in between her fingers and rolled it across the
tips. Caleb moaned, and his cock twitched inside her. "More." Philippe demanded. "More now." He nipped her nipples
as he spoke and Cecy automatically tightened her fingers on Caleb. His eyes clouded and he licked his lips. The gesture was so erotic Cecy trembled.
"Lean forward now. Let your breasts touch Caleb's. I am going to complete us."
Cecy's heart jumped and her pulse rate sped up. What if she couldn't accept him? What if she hurt either of them? What if the pain was too much to bear? Her mind was full of doubt even as her body throbbed with excitement. Perspiration dotted her skin as she put her hands onto the bed either side of Caleb and lowered herself toward him. As her breasts brushed his chest, the hairs of his torso stroked her body. The tickles added to her heightened awareness.
Something cold and slippery touched her anus and she jumped.

Raven lives in Scotland, along with her husband and their two cats—their children having flown the nest—surrounded by beautiful scenery, which inspires a lot of the settings in her books.
She is used to sharing her life with the occasional deer, red squirrel, and lost tourist, to say nothing of the scourge of Scotland—the midge.
A lover of reading, she appreciates the history inside a book, and the chance to peek into the lives of those from years ago. Raven admits that she enjoys the research for her books almost as much as the writing; so much so, that sometimes she realizes she's strayed way past the information she needs to know, and not a paragraph has been added to her WIP.
Her lovely long-suffering husband is learning to love the dust bunnies, work the Aga, and be on stand-by with a glass of wine.

#SexySnippets

'Rory kept his cool even though he wanted to howl the house down. Naomi fitted around him like they were made for each other. She'd given so much to him tonight and he didn't know what had happened for him to deserve it. He'd waited so long for her he sure as hell wanted to make sure she would never regret a moment.
With agonisingly slow movements, he savoured that all-encompassing heat wrapped around every inch of his dick. She bit down on her bottom lip to stifle another moan. Call it an ego trip but Christ he enjoyed hearing her pleasure.'

How do you write yours?

Ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes of a shiny new book? Take my latest release, The Wolf on the Hill.

It looks so serene you would never guess the chaos that created Caleb's story.

In reality my writing 'process' involves driving here,

scribbling in a forest's worth of these,

and drinking a helluva lot of this,

And let's not forget the hours of research on the internet which goes into my character inspiration on Pinterest!

Organisation has never been my strong point but by some miracle I've produced a wolf shifter romance I'm proud of.

I'm curious to find out if I'm the last of my species, who writes longhand in a style that isn't legible to even me. I hear there's all these new fangled ideas of storyboards and character cards, and writer apps. But my 'process' of doodling details in whatever notebook is at hand is the only one that seems to work for me.

So, how do you write yours? I'm interested in how everyone else works.

Oh and a quick reminder that The Wolf on the Hill is only 99c on ARe for a limited time. Buy yours and support my notebook fetish :D

Now on Amazon too!

Nicola Cameron's Greek Gods Are Sexing Up a Storm!

Thanks for letting me come on your blog today! I'm really excited about the release of Storm Season -- not only is it my first full-length novel, it's also the first book in my Olympic Cove series, which is best described as "Humans, Greek Gods, and mythological creatures must band together in Florida to save Earth from an insane deity who wants to remake the planet in its own diseased image. No pressure." The entire series is fantasy erotic romance with science fiction and action/adventure elements; pairing-wise, the first two books in the series are MMM, the third and fifth books are MMF, the fourth book is MMMFF (oh, I'm looking forward to writing THAT), and the sixth book is MF. Yeah, I was never all that good about coloring inside the lines...

BLURB:
Ian West had his summer all planned out go down to Florida, stay in his familys beach cottage on Olympic Cove, and work on his science fiction novel. But his plans get thrown for a loop when gorgeous twin sea gods Bythos and Aphros show up in the cove and inform him hes their fated consort.

As if that wasnt enough, something in the Gulf of Mexico is turning mermaids into legendary monsters and gods into demons. Now, Ian not only has to navigate the complicated waters of a mƩnage relationship with twin sea gods, he also has to stop an insane deity and save the whole damn planet.
No pressure.

EXCERPT

So you just waited for me? All this time?

Yes, Bythos said. And you finally returned to us, and dreamed of us as we dreamed of you. With care, he slid an arm around Ian. I meant what I said earlier. We will never harm you, and we will never force you into anything you dont want to do. But we need you, Ian, just as you need us.

We do need you, Aphros said, moving in to lay the softest of kisses on Ians shoulder. Youre the sun and the moon to us. Weve dreamed about you for so long. Please, Ian, let us love you.

Ian shivered at the softness of the demigods lips as they feathered along his shoulder, tracing the curve to his neck. His desire bloomed again, a warm heaviness settling in his groin. You dreamed about me? he whispered.

Every night, Aphros said. You have no idea how you tormented us with your skin, the sounds you made.

And your taste, Bythos murmured, leaning in now and brushing the tip of his tongue over Ians skin. I cant describe how delicious you are. You taste like everything good in the world. Like home.

Like ours, Aphros said.

Ian moaned at the sensation of their mouths on his neck, their hands wandering across his chest, plucking gently at his nipples. Oh, God, he breathed.

Gods, actually, Aphros said, lifting his mouth from Ians neck for a moment. Well, demigods, but still.

Aph, shut up, Bythos said, sliding a broad, warm palm around Ians jaw and pulling him closer. We have better things to do.

BIO

Nicola Cameron is an expatriate Chicagoan who has lived in England, Canada, Holland, and Sweden, and keeps a confusing amalgamation of languages in her head as a result. Currently located in the clavicle of Texas, she has finally mastered the proper use of "y'all," much to her Chicago family's dismay.

Despite a healthy interest in sex since puberty, it wasn't until 2012 that Nicola decided to try writing about it. As it turned out, the skills she picked up during her SF writing career transferred rather nicely to erotic romance. When not writing, she wrangles cats, smooches her husband, makes dolls of dubious and questionable identity, and thanks almighty Cthulhu that she doesn’t have to work for a major telecommunications company any more (because there’s BDSM, and then there’s just plain torture...).
